SCRIPTMAN php scripts

In the near future I will be releasing scripts under the trademark of SCRIPTMAN. For instance, SCRIPTMAN Traffic Exchange, SCRIPTMAN URL Rotator, etc. If you see a SCRIPTMAN script, it will be a script built by me.

I have thought about officially registering the trademark, SCRIPTMAN, but the price outweighs the benefits. I did a search and there is a guy calling himself the Script Man, but there isn’t a line of products called SCRIPTMAN, and so there isn’t much of a need to register it myself. If someone else tries to, then I can point to records proving I’ve been using it longer.

The whole point of using SCRIPTMAN is for use on CLiX Network. You see I want all the scripts built by me to be like the “SCRIPTMAN” brand, and all the scripts built by jimmy will be the “SOLESCRIPTS” brand. Then all of them will be sold by “CLIX NETWORK” yet you’ll be able to differentiate between what is made by whom. Then if anyone else wants to add their scripts they can by creating a brand name.
