I have used traffic exchanges since they started. I prefer big ones for the most part because I think there will be more viewers-ie a bigger variety and more unique viewers that with a small exchange. I do join smaller exchanges, mostly to help out someone I know opening an exchange or for some goofy reason like in memoriam to my two sweet pet prairie dogs!!
