Subject: Traffic Exchange Consulting Body: Include your name (including last, no “handles” or “screennames”, real name please), domain, a blurb about yourself, and what you need help with. Also ensure that your email won’t bounce or sign me up to an auto responder if I reply.
That’s all there is to it. I can’t guarantee I’ll help you, and I can’t guarantee a time frame. I will guarantee that if you skip a step I won’t reply to the email. May sound strange but I’m not willing to help just anyone, and I’m sure 90% of the emails I get regarding consulting won’t follow the directions. So that shows me whom I should actually be helping.
I’d also appreciate it if you kept that link up after the consulting is done. Part of me helping you, is you helping me. Oh and don’t expect me to reply to every email if you start going crazy. I’m way busy and sometimes have weird schedules or what not so after the initial consulting try to keep it max once a week and not too much questions. If it gets to be too much I may ask you to stop emailing me or start paying some kind of hourly fee =P
