Wow the graph is interesting. Is this what you use as a statistic to generate visitors in Startxchange. This is highly recommended in generating a high conversion rate in knowing how well traffic is moving. The key is BRANDING. Great tips Tim, thanks for sharing.

TEs are tough. The last column shows us that we need to get quite a lot of visitors to have any significant amount of conversions.

I love stats too, but I have to admit I'm a little lazy in that regard... :-)

Good question.. I don't know! It's done through Google so I don't exactly know if they show the same variations to certain IPs, or if the stats are only based on uniques, etc. That might be why it's not so helpful..

Each section is a different part of the page. This one is actually of a different splash page, because the one for TEList showed changes within the margin of error.

It's hard to explain it but it's basically telling you which versions of each part are having any impact on conversions. So the first thing is Headlines, there are 3 variations and the stats for it. You can see the original, then 2 different ones (one with slight improvement, another slight decrease).

Hey Tim. I do this kind of testing for a living. If you send me your data in excel, I can run it through a program called Minitab that will give you a graphical output called an ANOVA Main Effects Plat that will better show your results.

Quite interesting findings, though I dont quite understand the graph. What does the last line stands for?

Could you please explain what the chart means? Maybe tell us what each column stands for? I'm just a little confused when I look at the chart is all haha.

Also maybe you should test the 3 main things that help conversions and then compare them to see which got you the best results.

1. Picture (you already tested)

2. Audio

3. Video
