Banners tend to be under used in the traffic exchanges. The funny thing is, they can help you brand yourself at a very low cost. But most people don't have their own banners, so they don't put any in!
So that's where this really simple banner creator comes in. It was made originally by Austin Hallock after he saw my super cool banner and wanted to one up me by making a super easy banner creator that can make the same banner. I used photoshop CS4, and now with this tool you can make the same thing with just your browser..
Well it gets better.. Now there are different backgrounds and Austin agreed to code the banner creator inside TEtoolbox! Now you can make these awesome banners for free, but they are also hosted on TEtoolbox's Content Delivery Network. That's right, your banner in 10 locations around the world ensuring it loads fast no matter where the viewer lives!

Well what else is there to say Stephen said it all. I have never needed to create a banner, I belong TE toolbox so If I ever need on I will have a go.
