Managing Traffic Exchanges

I’m working on a script that will login to the traffic exchanges that I use, and save my account stats. That way I can easily see which exchanges I’m low on credits without having to login to 100 different sites.

But..  Not everyone has the skillz to do that. So, how do you manage traffic exchanges? Do you just use a handful, or do you have some kind of method to your madness?
