List Building with Traffic Exchanges

I’ve been hanging out in Traffic Exchange Live, weekdays from 3PM-5PM EST. It’s where all the cool people hang out during the day =P It started when Jon Olson and I were planning on doing a live event during the TEtoolbox launch, and then we realized how fun it was and wanted to do it daily.

Well already it’s spawned off something.. A guy by the name John Guanzon has been in almost daily chit chatting with us, and ended up creating an ebook with Winter Perkins about List Building with Traffic Exchanges.

In this ebook there are things explained like the sales funnel, the difference between splash pages and squeeze pages, auto responders, hosting, graphics, and even talks about ethical bribes.

The ebook is free to download. You can purchase the rebranding version if you want to replace referral links inside it with your own (great for building downlines while giving your list a free resource).

Of course you know I’ve got the rebranded version, and totally recommend you do too. It’s great to download these ebooks and keep them in a folder for you to give to your lists. You can give them out in return for people subscribing, and give them to current subscribers to continue helping them out ;-)

    Those are great ideas.
    Thanks Tim!

  2. I joined the List Auction team on Wednesday Nov.19th and set up a website rotator.
When I could not find what I needed in order to use the rotator so I sent a ticket to support to which Robby replied the following which I received on Friday the 20th

    Hi Lorne,
now you can use the rotator in traffic exchanges etc. to show the world your site(s).
We also have a user guide, jsut login and visit Help – User’s Manual.
If the manual won’t load in your browser please right click and use “Save target as” and then open the manual from your hard drive.
    Have a great day :)
    Best Regards,
    ~ Robby

Unfortunately I didn’t notice at the time that his name is Robby, but I sent him the following ticket on Friday the 20th and have not received a reply since.

Bobby, I sent a ticket to which you replied.
Even though I had already downloaded the User Manual and read it before I sent off the ticket I was unable to find what I needed to know.
I have since your reply reread the manual twice more and am still no further ahead.
Also while I have your attention what use can I make with the 85 e-mails I have received from other colleagues and also where do I get information about the auctions I hear about.
Perhaps/probably this is above my level as I am 75 years old and was a Transport Driver for many years.
    Lorne

Perhaps I must face the fact that this is probably way above my education level, but all I have been trying for over a year is make some extra income, not to have a better car, home, nor vacations, but to give to my church to help the widows and orphans in Africa to have a better life, free of a lot of water borne diseases, and also better their lives by being able to attend schools and get an education.

I have one more comment to make in the form of a question.
Do you know of anyone who has the time, energy and desire to mentor me so I can get this started?
    Lorne
