I don’t really cheat

Confession: I don’t really cheat.  See I created a splash page that says I create cheats, I detect cheats, etc.  Someone took that as me boasting about cheating people out of their traffic.

No, I don’t cheat in that way. I create and find ways to cheat, but I don’t use them to actually cheat. I use them to find ways to prevent the cheat from working!

Real hackers do the same, they spend their time finding exploits and ways to break things, and publish them so they get solved. For instance, I subscribe to a blog where a guy posts ways to make browsers crash. Also subscribing to the blog are people who develop the browsers. Many times he even posts about emailing the dev team directly.

So if you thought you were subscribed here to learn HOW to cheat, then you went to the wrong place. I’m more about helping you know signs that an exchange is easy to cheat. Owners will be able to learn weaknesses and fix them, and then they won’t be a problem anymore.

I have to say, it really amazes me that you have to spend your time competing with cheaters. I don’t understand how some folks sleep at night after spending their day cheating others. Am I naive? No, I know there are cheaters out there. Am I dumb? Not at all. I do everything in my power to thwart cheaters too. Tim, to those who misinterpreted your heading, I say WAKE UP people! Read beyond the opening line. Look into the reasoning, and take a moment to understand the realism. Scumbags cheat. Trash take this as a way to advance. Good folks find ways to teach trash and scumbags a lesson. I send an email once a week to the “fraud squad” connected with the RCMP. Anyone can report cheaters, everyone should. For every cheater you ignore, I can only imagine how many naive people they screw out of their hard earned money, even stealing traffic. Can you imagine what they gain? I can’t.
