Average surfs are about 2000 per day. The great thing I like about my exchange is you can earn up to 50% commission on your referrals. Something that most TE’s don’t do. I have been marketing online for about 5 years now and figured it was time to launch an exchange. With our first month being a referral contest and reduced rates for life for eveyone that joined during the grand opening month, we skyrocketed membership to just over 5000 members in the first month.
While many of these are not daily surfers, we only have a few dozen that haven’t visited more then once.

With all the discussion about ways to make money online, one of the easiest marketing tactics is to utilize traffic exchanges.

Many traffic exchanges allow you to earn plenty of free traffic credits to get exposure for your sites.
What is “targeted traffic” and how can it help you?
Many people throw around the term “targeted traffic” because it sounds good, but if you aren’t really getting that “targeted traffic,” what is the purpose.
If you are marketing money-making products or programs, then your “target” audience is other people looking to make money.
What better place to advertise then a traffic exchange full of other people trying to “sell” you something that will help you make money.
Obviously they are themselves there trying to make money, so if you have a money-making product or program, these are the very people you want to “target.”
Now, once you choose a few traffic exchanges to market your “stuff,” you should also look at the traffic exchange itself.
Does it have the tools you need to conduct effective advertising and marketing?
Can you make money from this exchange in addition to driving traffic to your site?
What’s that you say?
Make money while advertising?
Of course. Why not take advantage of a little extra income while you are marketing your program.

I do not own a TE I am just commenting, I am a loyal TE user I love (StartXChange) I wish more were like that.
But anyway I own a PIP (Plug In Profit Site), and I have been looking for an TE that will show my site for real like StartXChange does, I wish one of the owners who comment here tell me why I should join their exchange, what makes theirs different from all the rest.
StartXChange to me a prime example of how a TE is suppsoed to be ran, most of my signups have came from StartXchange.

I started a Traffic Exchange a couple of months ago because I love surfing and it helps me to think straight especially early in the morning. I’ve been on-line since 2002 and enjoy building websites from scratch such as acmpublishers.com and insuranceinformer.co.uk to name a few.
I don’t have many members at “let’s Go Surfing Now” and the few I do have are a bit surfing shy at the moment so movement is a bit slow. I’m not expecting much as it was just a bit of a project for me and I enjoyed building it. I decided to let everyone become a pro-surfer as it only costs $36 per month for web space and if it pays for itself I’d be more than happy to keep it going.
