30 People Had A Chat Last Night
What do Bill Becker, Cindy Battye, Connie Motala, Dorena Begonia, Erzsebet Kovacs, Jackie O, Jay Hines, Jerry Reeder, Jon Olson, Josh Abbott, Justin Ledvina, Kyle Hoskins, Mike Paetzold, Pat Grilliot, Paul, Paul Kinder, Richard Taylor, Robert Puddy, Robin Bouwhuis, Sean Supplee, Solomon Huey, Soren Jordansen, Stefan Berg, Sunny Suggs, Tina, Travis Millward, William Brant, and myself have in common?
They were all in the SWAT Conference last night. Now what really goes on here? Valuable information! For one I realized why my OTO for StartXchange wasn’t working while in it, but not only that I get tons of advice that has helped my business increase. And that’s just from listening to the advice given to others!
So if you want to get the edge in using traffic exchanges, then you need to goto SWAT Traffic, upgrade to captain, and goto the conference room on Wednesday nights at 8PM. Now the key here is to pay attention, take notes if you have to, and take action!
For those of you who have attended a SWAT Traffic Conference, please post your thoughts below!

This was my first time coming to one of these conferences. I have been to different conferences before but always ended up tuning people out and being bored as hardly any of the information had to do with me. But with Swat’s conference tonight and everything I learned I am making it a new habit to make it to each one of these events. THANK YOU to everyone who was in the chat it was great!
Hey Tim, I wrote a post about this a little while ago while in a SWAT conference. It amazes me that there are so many people that are paying and get the privilage of attending these weekly meetings and don’t do it. There is so much great information passed around week after week. I have a notebook full of golden nugets and ideas that have spawned from these mettings and will be sure to be there each week.
I try to come to these events weekly, I know that these sessions have increased my business. I have learned something new everyweek.
The best part, is that I get to ask questions, and get HONEST answers. I need to hear this kind of information.
Wow, Tim… you’re right. I may still be “new”.. but if it wasn’t for the SWAT room, and the “golden nuggets”… I wouldn’t have accomplished the things I have in the last few months. Why can’t I use the return key on this? Networking is they key. I think it would be very very difficult to try to do things online alone. It’s worth a shot, to just show up and listen in this room.
Hey, I’m one of the new guys on the block. But I find rubbing elbows with 6 and 7 figure marketers keeps my juices flowing!
Bill Beckers lastest blog post..You will get all you want in life………
My schedule prevents me from making it to every Swat or Affiliate Funnel conference, but the ones I do make are ALWAYS worth my time. I have never attended one of these conferences and not at least have: learned something, met someone who could help, gotten some free publicity, or won something.
For the longest time, I only attended the conferences once in a while because I was always busy with other things. However, I now make it a point to attend regularly because, as the others have said, just being in that room and absorbing the information and ideas that are being exchanged is worth it’s weight in gold. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading in SWAT and attending these meetings…it is WELL worth the small price!
I dropped in after you had left I think last night Tim and listened in for a while.
I listen to what is being said while working on other things unless I have something specific to talk about.
I have to say that if you have a question or need help in an area you are likely to get more help than you thought possible from the collective knowledge in that room.
It is great to have a place to just bounce ideas off of people too and coming to the SWAT Room even while there are not any seminars running is likely to land you there with some smart marketers that can help you with your business.
I learn something almost every time I go into the SWAT room.
There is always someone there to bounce ideas off of.
The topics are always helpful and relevant to what has been going on lately.
Sometimes the advice is hard, but it is ALWAYS good. It has helped push me to be better at everything I’m doing.
We all need a little SWAT sometimes….lol
Swat isn’t just great for TE’s but great for business in general. I’ve applied a TON of tricks I’ve learned directly from swat seminars. :)
Solomon Hueys lastest blog post..So I was at the SWAT Traffic Seminar…
S.W.A.T. and the Affiliate Funnel conferences are great places to learn and get to know people. Very Smart People. Successful People. The kind of people you want to be around if you want to be successful.
I highly recommend both.

Unfortunately, I have been spending too little time on my own websites and so SWAT conferences were one thing to drop. However, I do think they’re a great place for people to hang out in. If you’re going to pay to join a conference, then this is the one to jump in. The people there will not feed you cow pie, but instead real experience that they prove works by their own results.
Thanks for the kind words folks. Yeah, whether people want to admit it or not, this is a team sport and your network is your greatest asset in this business.
It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. =)
