I really can't get enough of the feedback about Sweeva, but the best thing is when something awesome happens to yourself. I know, being selfish right? I'm human too, so when I get great feedback on my pages in Sweeva, it gets me excited.
Recently Dave Schubert commented on my ad "I'm in. Congrat's on getting past 10,500 Tim. Time to update the ads." I totally forgot about the ad mentioning the 10,000 subscriber mark. Pretty cool!
But not only that, all the feedback on your page increases subscribers. Now you've got real people for the first time looking at your ad, seeing great feedback from other real people LIVE. Is that not the best testimonial?
Some people are really misunderstanding this as a simple review site. Yes, getting tons of "good" "ok" "bad" comments isn't helpful (you can delete them from your page), but the fact that people are looking at your site and giving feedback, even if you don't agree, is a big step.
Previously with traffic exchanges you had no clue if anyone even saw your page. You had no way to reply to any negative thoughts either. No way to win over new users because you had no way of knowing!
On PageSwirl's blog Dan Moses posted his splash page received negative feedback because the page didn't have links. Problem was, the member was trying to click the image not the text link. He explained the links were at the bottom, and the person joined all 4 sites!
A traditional exchange you'd never even know the person was clicking somewhere else. We all think we are geniuses and made the perfect page, but you really have no idea how many people are having trouble with it.. Until now!
If you've been sitting on the fence about Sweeva, why not hop on over and give it a shot. See what all the fuss is about! You get to be there LIVE with the very people you are trying to build a relationship with and get on your list, or buy your product. That's huge!

Exactly, Tim!
Here’s one marketer who REALLY likes the immediate AND the delayed feedback!
Sweeva brings out the winners, the losers, the haters, the lovers, and the freebie-seekers…
BUT, they are all there talking about your offerss!
It just gets better all the time!

I agree with you about this Tim I absolutely Love Sweeva as well and I am now wondering why I did not joined Sweeva at its Launch it could have saved my lots of trouble and I could be at Good User level as well but I guess I still have time and I can catch up with others soon and Promote and grow my business as well :D
Love it!
Two very cool examples of how this program is changing the way we advertise in a traffic exchange environment.
Great article and I really hope people get how powerful interactive advertising can be.
I`ve just become a fan and willwatch for your posts in the future.
This shows me how powerful traffic exchanges are . Thanks for the insight. I did not know what the differences were and now this gives me a clearer understanding. I think i will try Sweeva .
Sorry about the short novel, but it’s important you read this whole message.
Tim, I have to say I feel proud to post on your blog. As a successful full time online business owner myself I can tell you that I only leave comments where they are due on blogs, and I wanted to take this time to let you, and anyone else reading this blog know that I appreciate you and what you do for others.
I don’t do a whole lot of surfing in exchanges, but I must say I’m addicted to Sweeva. Yes I’m proud to say it because, admitting you have an addiction is the first step. LOL Now we need a 12 step program for people like me that can’t get enough. :P
Just before reading your post I was thinking, man I hope this isn’t just turning into a critic site, and even the newbies are being critics with comments like don’t like the auto play on video. Which as I’m sure you know is an absurd comment in this fast paced internet world we have created.
Then I listened to what you wrote about it being a step, and your absolutely right.
I’m not sure if you noticed but I started telling people they needed a picture in their profile, and at the time was telling them they were getting a thumbs down. I loved the response I got from someone I didn’t even give a thumbs down too, that said that what I was doing was wrong. So I thought maybe it is but hopefully that person would learn to add a profile picture or even a gr avatar.
So now I don’t tell anyone I’m thumbing them down (oops. LOL ) for no pic I just do it, and I love that I now have more people asking others for pics on their profile in Sweeva, and I think I started the pic revolution! (viva la revolution!) so I have seen changes and shifts since the beginning because that’s what I do is track changes that happen in and on the internet as part of my job.
What I have learned, is what Sweevers are looking for in pages so that is a plus, and I have forged some great relationships with people that I would have other wise not have met. I look forward to Sweeva being an Internet Marketing house hold name.
So here is to you Tim for creating something magical online.

Thanks! Yeah, the big step is huge.. It’s like on Hulu you can say if an ad is relevant to you or not. People were upset that when they said no, they still saw the ad again! Others commented that it’s huge for Hulu, because you reacted to the ad. You actually noticed it enough to click yes or no so the message got out there!
Maybe we can have extra exp. points for simply adding a profile picture. What do you think? Wouldn’t take much incentive. 100 to 500 should give people the want to add a picture. or show profile completeness bar, perhaps something like that would fix the madness. LOL You know I’m about The Madness if you have seen my blog. LOL
It really is a fun experience at Sweeva, and one you definitely can’t get anywhere else.
Some of the comments do bug me: “good,” “great page,” “thumbs up,” “cool.” If you’re a person leaving those kind of comments, please stop. It really does absolutely nothing to help the advertiser. Just click a thumbs up or thumbs down and move along… that’s just as helpful.
I make sure to star all constructive comments, good and bad. Bad feedback is perfectly ok! Just let me know what the issue is, I can take criticism as well as compliments, and it’s ALL appreciated.
Overall it’s definitely a unique experience surfing and advertising at Sweeva. Not a bad thing to have fun while you’re advertising. :)
I one of those that joined and did nothing.Guess I will hop on over and see what all the fuss is about. Right now I am making money with Swom. gold birdy
Same Here… I’ve been sitting on the fence wondering what Sweeva really was, but I’m ready to jump over and see what everyone is talking about!
I have changes many thing on My Site due to the feed back on Sweeva.
It is still so new but pretty Dang cool
Way to go Austin Tim Jon,

Glad you are doing well and building a huge list – but the number of people actually using Sweeva ,at least when I or my wife view it continues to drop- it seems to be lower then when you had 1000 members?
used to get 140 viewing- now 40 is lucky.
Or am I always just unlucky when I go there?
I don’t know, maybe unlucky? Or just unhappy? LOL I’m sorry but you’ve always got something negative to say..
Anyways, even if it is 40.. Where else can you get 40 people to view your site and interact with you? 40 people you can convince to join your site at the same time.. I’m way happier with 40 quality interactive members than with 100 people who don’t even notice your page ;-)
Sweeva – I love it / I hate it. At first it was confusing, but it doesn’t take long to figure out the bidding thing. Once you get it, it is quite easy to use. I love the fact you are viewing your site with the other members. The immediate feedback is the most valuable thing Sweeva has too offer. If your ad sucks, the member base will let you know and you can start over.
I hate the fact it eats ups credits. It usually takes a minimum of 100 bid to get your site seen at a descent hour of the day. With this 100 bid, your site will probably be seen between 50 to 80 people. Sure the widget is getting a large number of views, but I would question how valuable this is for your website. With it eating up credits, it is hard for a FREE member or EVEN an Upgraded member to keep enough credits to advertise. I am upgraded and purchased the value pack to receive the 5000 credits. If I do a descent marketing campaign, I burn through these credits in 2-3 days. You just can’t surf enough to keep a good amount of credits.
So, I love it and hate it. No doubt it is a great tool but wow how to keep up.
Yeah unfortunately there’s not much we can do about that. Some people are willing to put up more credits than others, and it’s constantly fluctuating. I know one member figured out how to get almost a 1:1 ratio of viewers to credits, but then if others figure it out too they’ll be out bidding each other and that won’t work anymore =P
I agree. Sweeva is fresh and it works.
It is a great way to connect and network with people on other social media sites as well. Its my top traffic exchnge to use at the moment.
I have the Sweeva Feeva :)
