Build a Team 9

Having a team is really important. In fact it’s one of the reasons why big businesses become so big. They have lots of people working for them, a huge team to do all the work.

Just because you are at home working from home doesn’t mean you have to be limited to what you can do. You need a team. A team of like minded individuals to thrive off of.

The biggest business decision I made was to merge with Jon and Justin and form TimTech as it is now. Now we have Larry, Brenda, Bill, and a mystery programmer.

What’s great is when one of us is having an off day, there’s always someone on the team that can keep us running. And then when everyone is running on all cylinders you can get some really awesome sauce stuff done.

So do you have a team?

Beautifully said! So many people try to do it on their own and fail. It cant be done alone. Team work makes the dream work. Thanks for another great post.

Having the right team is crucial. Like you said, Tim: “…like-minded individuals…”.

Which is why I will be looking for exactly that on Top TE very soon. Tim Tech is the epitome of a thriving team of like minded individuals and why it will continue to grow exponentially.

    Thanks for the post.

I saw a great new meaning for TEAM. Everyone has probably seen Together Each Achieves More. Still true and does encourage teamwork. What do you think about taking that to a whole new level with Together Each Achieves Miracles?

Hi Tim. I’d like to put in a word of support for you here today. The concept you’re brought up in this post is one that resonates with me in a big way – cooperation versus competition.

TimTech has shown great leadership in its many innovations and in its philosophical pioneering. This is one philosophy that I would like to see take root and spread through the entire TE community.

    Best wishes.
