Well we decided to officially “launch” Sitizens. I say it’s LIVE, Sorta, because it’s not 100% developed, and technically we started it yesterday so I’m a day late. But, like most of our services we’ve got a ton of ideas (remember how simple CTP was back in the day) so expect awesome sauce stuff coming out all the time. In fact, right now I’m thinking about which of the 100′s of ideas I want to develop today.
Here are some stats for you from *yesterday alone*: 196 new users; 985 new domains added; 195 kings overthrown; 1964 domains explored; 15,164 arrivals!
What is Sitizens? Think of it like a “King of the Hill” but instead it’s “King of domains”. You compete with your friends and with the world to be King of your favorite sites. On top of that you can become a Sitizen of a site just by coming back to a site 5 times. We’ve got a whole host of things coming for it..
Like.. Making it so owners of sites can give out rewards for being King, or Sitizen.. Or seeing what Domains you’re friends are arriving to the most.. Or exciting new items you can find while Exploring.. And so much more!
Check it out if you haven’t, you can join and play for free! And it’s as simple as logging in with your Twitter or Facebook account (you can do the old school email & password way too) so it’s easy to get started ;-)
It is indeed a good game but not one I am ever likely to let go to my head.

It’s fun to be King! It’s also fun to take the time to explore the whole site each day to figure out what updates have been put in place. Yesterday our guild added it’s banner. Who know what today will bring?
