This is a new site by Matthew Graves advertised as the easiest to use traffic exchange. This is because it comes setup with splash pages to many programs already in there.
The interesting thing about this launch.. No commissions! Yet many of the same people are mailing out about it. That's because Matthew is always at the top of referral contests promoting anything that helps our industry.
So what's the deal with the site? Well the basic concept is that most people don't have their own splash pages, and are promoting other programs, so rather than make them figure out what pages to use to promote, it's as easy as picking a program, entering your username, and picking the ad to use.
But that's not all of it, there is also a list builder built into it. You get to mail your downline down 6 levels too. So there are multiple aspects of it all.
My official thoughts on it, well I was kinda surprised at the design. Looking at how Top Tier Traffic is so nice, I guess I was expecting it to top that.
I'm also not so sure about the whole idea. I try to teach you guys to make your own pages because it'll make you stand out. This is kind of the opposite making it super easy to use pre-made pages. But then on the other hand Matthew is being smart and knows most surfers don't want to mess with the ads and just want to surf & earn.
So the jury is still out on the whole concept. It's new out of the box ideas like this that really are hard to tell how you guys will welcome it into the industry. What do you think? Join Splash Page Surfer and then reply below!

Hi Tim i joined Splash Page Surfer under Mr.Paul Kinder 1 hour ago :-() and liked the site’s interface… I prefer the clean design!
I promote my offers on WBI and TTT for long time and like the quality of services that Mr.Matthew Graves provides!
So i expect this new advertising site to have great success… and i wish it to the owner!
Be well,

I’m not very impressed with this new exchange. The sales page didn’t give any details about the exchange so I decided not to take the initial OTO, and instead went with the discount monthly upgrade offer.
The member’s area feels very incomplete. There are only a few programs listed, and I couldn’t find a place to submit my own programs to the list. I tried to surf, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
It’s an interesting idea, but I don’t think the owner was prepared for it to launch yet.
Hey Tim and Everyone Else Out There,
I think the concept was good to start with however, about 90% of the site isnt working at all. This makes me feel it was thrown together at the last minute and not properly tested.
The other thing is the name implies it is “Splash Pages” yet I was able to enter the full main page of our TE, not just a splash page.
Pretty much Im in agreement with Josh Abbot. I did not take Any of the OTO offers as the name implies one thing and the description something else. So I was completely confused as to what the concept really was. Until I could login and actually see what it does I wasnt about to spend money on it.
Sadly Im just not impressed enough to tell anyone about it.
Hey everyone,
I guess I really do not understand why everyone wouldn’t invest in a hosting account and spend several hours on learning how to set up their own splash pages.
There is so much info for free available on this topic that it really doesn’t make sense to me.
I do however know, that because most Im’ers’ do not take action, is the cause for most failures on line.
Get a hosting acct. You can get one for as little as 4.95 a month through hostgator. Get a domain name 8 to 10.00 a year. Do a search for a few self help video’s and get your IM business up and running.
It really is that easy.
There are many great marketers out there that offer free help and free training. Hosting accounts will be scary to you until you actually take a few hours to go inside and conquer the beast.
When I finally took charge and learned this part of the business, my confidence and sales went through the roof.
Just Do It!

There seem to be many so-called time saving and other innovative services being introduced into the TE industry over the past months.
All of these initiatives just seem to take up time and money. They have to be set up and maintained and … personally I think that the time and money is best spent on the “plain old” traditional TEs. Remember that a TE is supposed to be an advertising platform to build a mailing list or promote B to B solutions.
Some TEs these days seem to be turning into nothing more than Game Platforms that throw out a few prizes and small dollar amounts from time to time! I’m not saying that this latest one is like that by the way – as I have not tried it.
As I have stated, I have not looked into this latest initiative, but from the comments that I have read thus far, I think that I will give it a miss.
Just my thoughts,
Jeff.
Nice review on a non-functional site. Surfing doesn’t seem to be available in order to activate your membership, as of a few mins ago.
Support ticket notifying of the issue also hasn’t been responded to.
I know things go wrong with launches, but your “review” of Splash Page Surfer just took you down a notch in my book.
How can you review something that isn’t functioning?
Good call – I assumed surfing was on, when I joined it was before the launch so it didn’t occur to me to check after launch that it was actually on. Now that I think about it.. Top Tier Traffic was launched similarly, with everything opening in “steps”.
I used a couple of the available splash pages, but I chose the ones that have input boxes on them so people can join from the splash page. Then I added a few of my squeeze pages. With all the people that will be taking the easy route and using the provided splashes, my squeeze pages should stand out and get noticed. That’s what I’m hoping anyway.
