The site you are linking to is just like the banner creator I made for StartXchange. There's no point and click moving the text around, there's no clip art, there's only room for two fixed lines.. And where did he download the script from? I don't see where to download it from that site.. I could understand making a claim if it was remotely close to IBC, but it isn't.
