Put your picture everywhere, I am overweight and ugly to boot but people have emailed me to say they signed up for this or that because they have seen my pages all over. The other thing that has helped me is picking the top exchanges and upgrading them. Generally the benefits rock, you don't need to do them all, I started with 2 and now am upgraded at 12. I just reinvest most of my profits to make them better. I had to fail over and over before I found what works for me, hang in there and you will make it work. Great answers!
