Tim Linden Photography

After thinking about it for a while, I thought it would be best to have a seperate blog for my photography endeavors. It only makes sense, since it’s completely different than marketing. Some people will like both, but I’d say the majority are only going to want to hear about one or the other. So if you are interested in the photography side of things, check out Tim Linden Photography. I may still post photography related stuff here every once in a while, but primarily it’ll all be there ;-)

  1. I think you are doing the right thing when it comes to starting another blog for your photography endeavors.

I believe it’s important to have a focus, this way your visitors understand what to expect from your blog.

But on the other hand, you might not write as often as you used to, because now you need to write for two different blogs.

I have done this myself, and my second blog is not updated as often as I would it to be. But I think you are more passionate about photography than I am about proteins :-)

  2. Hey Tim,

Good move in keeping your photography blog separate. I too enjoy photography and am interested in your photography blog. Keeping the two separate just makes sense because it’s less confusing. Also, for those who aren’t particularly interested in photography, they can simply stay with your traffic blog.

I think it is a good idea to have the two.
On this blog it is all about building a business and speaks to that part of our lives.
Viewing and looking at photography can be a calming time. A time to relax and enjoy, such as the picture of the tall trees.
Two completely different focuses and results when you read the blog.
So two blogs, great idea again Mr. Tim

    Thanks

  5. Hey Tim, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, I hope your children are happy and your hearts are filled with joy at this time of year. Great Idea for the second blog, Will also give you a better opportunity to monetize the blog
without infringing on the free info blog.
    Have a Wonderful Day, Tim
P.S. Jens is right though, Double the work if you don’t outsource any of it.

I have an art degree from UCLA. I still do photography even though I am a jeweler. Please keep us posted on your Photography Blog, as a separate entity from your main Blog. I’d love to see it! ~Janet

It’s already in my bookmarks. Neat to get a view of one of your other interests too.

Tim it may be a good idea but will I have to subscribe to another blog of yours? or will it come to me just because of this subscription. I have and always be a fan of photography and the art of beauty. Have fun and happy holidays. Love-Light-Blessings
