Yes, thats right, I've created a new Support Ticket Script "ticketer.php". This script is now running on 5 of my sites. I am building an admin interface as we speak that will centralize them all in one place. Currently it supports 3 of the 5 sites, primarily the 3 sites that actually get support requests. Hopefully this will cut down on spam, and increase organization.
I noticed today someone used my support ticket form on The CLiX Network and put jibberish in it. Then I realized since it emails me the ticket information, and I have it whitelisted, the spam filter is learning that jibberish as not spam. So if I start getting spam with jibberish, I know why. This new ticket system won't let that happen.
