Well here I'm going to tell you about some goals of mine. I've been talking with a friend about goals, and trying to get this person to set some obtainable goals. Thats the first step towards success in any business. You gotta set goals that are specific, and obtainable. So here are my goals:
- Increase Organization: Specifically I am working on a central management page for all my sites. So far it has been a big success. My response time on support tickets, reported sites, and banner approval is 1000% faster. Yes, 1000%. I'd like to continue and expand this to more tasks on other sites.
- Increase Rankings: I'd like TimLinden.com to come up first when you search for Tim Linden. Also, I'd like TheCLiXNetwork.com to come up in the top 7 for "Traffic Exchange Script"
- Increase Subscriptions: I'd like more people to be subscribed to my paid services.
So there you have it, my three main business goals. Lets see how I progress, eh?
