Support Troubles

The old support system I received many complaints that they didn't know their username and password and that they couldn't use the support page, even though it said specifically to enter an email address if you didn't know your login.

I create a new support ticket system that doesn't require to be logged, and now I've got someone complaining that I'm inefficient because he posted support requests using 3 different email addresses, and couldn't figure out that it was all him. Yet when I did refer to the other addresses (s)he said that they didn't have an account with that email address and to delete whoever is stealing their credits.

It seems no matter what I do to make things easier for people, it is never easy enough.

Well, that is true, I have felt the BITTERNESS of people no matter how nice you may be to them. oh well, just make it and forget them, ungrateful girl, oh I mean customers ;)
