If you don’t have one, you won’t know what you should stop doing and what you should continue doing. This is something that so many newbies forget (myself included). What is your business plan? What is it that you want to specialize in? promote? And what the heck are you doing adding a whole bunch of other things that don't fit into your plan? Get back on track!!! (and track your results). It all comes back to that business model. If you don’t have one, you won’t know what you should stop doing and what you should continue doing.
