Leadership

There seems to be a lacking of leadership in projects I am involved in with other people. When I was working with the Traffic Exchange Alliance, everyone wanted it to get going, but nobody did anything about it. Still to this day, my $50 is just sitting there doing nothing. I mean we signed a partnership agreement, and everyone has put it on the back burner. Sigh. It still happens with other things, and it looks like its starting to happen again.
