Keeping Your Word

I've been thinking about this alot lately. I look around me, and there are so many people who say something, but never commit to following through with what they say they'll do. I'd like people to be able to trust that when I say I'll do something, that they'll consider it already done. Integrity, Honesty, and Commitment.
