This American Life has like different themes each week and they have like stories or interviews or whatever that go with that theme. Pretty simple concept but it is extremely well done and very interesting. So that might be a good podcast to listen to. not completely business related but the one podcast I always listen to is called "This American Life" http://www.thislife.org
