Higher Rent

Well my Landlord came by and said he was raising the rent. He's knocking on all the doors now and telling everyone. I figured this would happen soon because of the rising oil costs, and the fact that winter is coming soon. He also wanted to raise it more because I'm home now on the computer more, but I explained that I got the new laptop and that it uses less electricity than my beastly desktop (dual monitors gotta use up alot of juice, plus all the fans etc). He only said an extra $5 month so that I'm fine with. He also gave me the same advice he gives everytime he sees me "When you get into a problem, sit down and talk to each other. Don't go around yelling and screaming because that never works. Just sit down and actually talk and you'll have a long marriage."
