Could it be.. Silence?

I have my window open, and I heard my neighbor yelling to a friend something about doing this all night. I beleive they are getting drunk, and they had loud music playing. I thought this would be a long night, but much to my surprise it seems they turned the music down right a little after 9 o clock. I may be posting in a little while that they turned it back on, but you never know.. they may recognize it is getting sleep time for some people and have turned it down. I’ll keep you updated.
