I get tons of emails all the time. I love getting emails, don’t get me wrong, but to ensure you get a timely response please do not send support related emails to my personal account. Otherwise you could go a long period of time without support. Sending support emails through the proper channels allows my support people to help you, or get a hold of me if I need to step in.
I also filter out all transactional or mass emails. If you didn’t hand type it, I’ll filter it out. I’m only interested in real people emailing me. This ensures when real people do email me, I can get back to them quicker.
Also note, if you are asking a question about how to build your business, please come to the live Traffic Exchange Live seminars because that’s where the fun’s at. When we all come together we can all learn from each other at the same time. I don’t mind email questions, but it’ll take a lot longer to get your answer..
