I don't have any problems with the site functions or any problems with the owner either. But I also don't have much positives to say about Sakura Traffic either.

Periodically I'll see a splash page for it but it seems to not get much usage. I don't know the reason for that directly. I will say Cristin does promote Sakura around the industry so it's not for a lack of trying.

My constructive criticism for him would be to create something unique. Take that default text off the home page and stir up some action. All it takes is a few loyal customers to really turn a site like this into a Top 10 Exchange!

So in conclusion.. Try it out, but don't expect much.. No problems, but nothing that stands out either.

I was going to post this yesterday, so you'd have time to prepare. But then I thought you might forget by then. So if you aren't wearing a red shirt go change right now!

Red Shirt Friday is simply put wearing a Red Shirt to show support to the troops. The idea is to keep wearing red as long as we have troops deployed. It's showing support for the troops themselves because they are willing to sacrifice their lives to protect us.

Sam and Deb Burgess have a whole site dedicated to Red Shirt Friday. They have videos and blog posts about the cause and about our hero's who have or are actively serving our country.

I totally recommend you check our their site and wear red shirts. It's not about which party is in power. It's not about where they are deployed. It's about showing support to the people who are willing to risk it all to protect us.

I think that video sums it up. Whether they are back for good, or just for a short time, wearing the shirts are just to show the troops that we do know they are out there and we do care. There are plenty more videos and articles so go check out Why Red Shirt Friday!

During the Black Friday event Stephen Whittle actually paid me to review his Click Track Profit page. The only reason I can figure out why he'd want me to do that is because he wants you to join him in CTP!

I think the video is great. It's a personal recommendation of CTP. He talks about the benefits of CTP, and even mentions a dollar amount of how much he's earned from CTP alone. He also points out that doesn't include commissions from the sites used within CTP.

The reason I think it's great is he did the video. People are always skeptical about owners having hi tech videos claiming people made money. How hard is it to pay actors? Not hard at all! But seeing him talk about it confirms that no this is a real guy and real recommendation.

You can look at his profile and see that he uses CTP to the max. He's not promoting it just to make money, he's promoting it because he believes in it. He's a great guy and really understands the system, so if you haven't yet go join CTP under Stephen! I know he'll help you jump right in and get going ;-)

You gotta see it to believe it. Every time I come to One Cup Java Johnny has even more selection of K-Cups, Coffee Pods, and even drip coffee. I have no clue how many varieties he's got because it's ever expanding.

For those of you who don't know, you can actually make your own box of coffee and pick and choose from the variety. A great way to try new K-Cups without having to buy a whole box!

What's even better is the prices.. Better than anywhere else, even Amazon. So it's no wonder each time I come back there are more people grabbing boxes of coffee. We went on a Monday morning, around 10:30AM and the store was jammin!

It's an hour drive for me, but it's something Larry and I try to do once a month to get our coffee levels refreshed. If you need directions to 224 Dedham Street, Norfolk, MA 02056:

PS. If you see Java Johnny at One Cup, let him know you found my blog! It's fun going in and hearing about people coming in from the blog to get their coffee fix ;-) You can also like One Cup on Facebook to find out when hard to get varieties are in stock!

Today I'm reviewing Bob Love's page because he was smart enough to buy a review on Black Friday. I even pulled out Snagit to snag a screenshot of the page. It's been a while since I've done a review so I'm going to start out with what I like and dislike about it, and then maybe a recap..

The Good
- It's unique, you can tell instantly that this page was created by Bob. Having a unique look is crucial to getting people's attention, because it stands out from the crowd.
- It's got a video, I like videos because it adds personality and you can present information in a better way.
- He has is photo, name, email, skype, phone number, even address! Personalization to the max.
- There are links to more videos, even a facebook group for more information.

The Bad
- The offer appears to be "make money". I know there are tons of ways of doing this, and some people really love the style, but me personally I want to know how this money is being generated. Is it a product or service that is being sold. With so many opportunities online how do I know this opportunity fits with me?
- The photo and personalization is there, but way at the bottom and small. I'd put it up bigger at the top. Or even re-create the video and say it myself, because then the branding is even more powerful.

The Conclusion
This is a very good "salesy" type advertisement. The use of video and methods of contact presented are great. I can't vouche for the opportunity presented because I don't know anything about it. But from a marketing perspective he's doing a good job. Check it out for yourself:

Another blogger in the long ago contestant that I'm starting to get around to fulfilling my commitment of reviewing blogs is Jonathan Haynes's Blog.

On this blog Jonathan has a variety of posts. They all seem to have a photo or video, and then an in depth article about the media itself.

What I like about his blog is that he doesn't just say here's a picutre or here's a video. At least to me it looks like he spends a good chunk of time doing research before posting. Also, there is an email subscribe form on there which is crucial in building up a list of your own.

The only things I would improve on, is use Aweber instead of Feedburner for the email subscriptions. Feedburner is free, but Aweber lets you email your list anytime. It also emails out immediately after posting rather than just once a day.

I'd also tweak the look. The email form is in it's own side bar, which leaves less room for the far right bar. This kinda makes it a little hard on the eyes. If they were combined it could be wider and easier to navigate. So there you go!
