Get Member Input

I hear people complain about free members suggesting changes all the time. Well I like when a member gives me input - free or paid.

I once had one member send me such a nasty email because he was upset over something. He was a free member. Well I replied as nice as I could and then he realized I wasn’t out to cheat him. That free member gave me so many great ideas!

The best part is, those were ideas I never would have thought of, and I didn’t have to pay someone to find out about them! So next time someone gives you an idea, listen. You don’t have to follow every idea, you don’t even have to follow any of them. Just don’t shut them out because they are “free”.
